    --Observed the ambient temp inside of the sandwich display case was 52* and internal temp ranged from 45-52*, all product was discarded. Hoagies, sandwiches, various salads. Dennis Refrigeration was called during inspection. Unit is not allowed to be used until it can maintain product temp at 41* or below.
  • Date Marking of Ready-to-Eat Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(b))
    --Observed various deli meats and cheese inside the deli case has no date labels.
  • Labeling (46.422)
    --Observed various salads, sandwiches and hoagies in the display case have no ingredient labels. Observed bread on display from Judy Jeans bakery have no ingredient label of contact info. All product was pulled and is discarded.
  • Objective of Cleaning Food Contact Surfaces & Utensils (46.711(a))
    --Observed there is old splattered food inside of the microwave along the top of the unit.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --Observed the lights above the prep table and dish sink are not shielded nor are the lights shatter proof bulbs.
