    --Food facility does not have a three-compartment sink for manual warewashing. Food facility only has a 2 bay sink for warewashing. It is recommended that a 3rd plastic tub be provided to satisfy the wash, rinse and sanitize requirement. Correct by 5/19/14. Other options: * Install a 3 bay sink or purchase a detergent sanitizer.
  • Sanitizing Solution Testing Device Provided & Used (46.634 & 46.674(e))
    --Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration. QAC test strips were provided however chlorine is used as a sanitizer. Obtain chlorine test strips or obtain QAC sanitizing tablets.
