--A 25 lb bag of onions and cans of tomato juice are on the floor in the store room by the mop bucket. The onions and cans were placed on the shelves.

--Old food residue on the blade and frame of the meat slicer. The slicer was disassembled for cleaning. *Old food residue on the can opener blade. The can opener was placed at the dishwasher.

--Old food residue on the frame of the Hamilton Beach food processor on the prep table. The frame was cleaned. *Old food residue on the cook line prep table shelf and unused slicer on the shelf. The slicer and shelf were cleaned.

--Linoleum missing and holes in the floor in the kitchen. As per the owner, new flooring will be installed within the next six months.

--Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the prep area. Soap was placed at the sink.

--Miscellaneous items, boxes, etc. stored on top ofan unused chest feeezer by the walk-in cooler.
