    --Most recent bacteriological water test results from 5/29 and 6/3/14 tested positive for coliform bacteria. A UV light disinfection system was installed earlier today, and was operating at time of this inspection. Contact PA DEP at the New Castle office at 724-656-3472 for follow-up testing requirements / corrective actions. Please forward a copy of a satisfactory water test report from one of the follow-up sampling tests, for the file, address / fax on the given card.
