  • Eating, Drinking or Using Tobacco (46.151(a))
    --An employee was observed eating in the main commissary kitchen. Bottles of water were observed in the main commissary kitchen, the lower suite pantry and the upper suite pantry. An open beverage, belonging to the bartender was observed in the Every Man's Bar. Do not eat in the kitchen, food service or food prep areas. When working in the kitchen, food service and food prep areas drink all beverages from a cup with a lid and a straw.
  • Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
    --Soap and paper towels were missing from the hand sink in the Every Man's Bar, the hand sinks at both Donny Brooks carts, the Coors Light Bar hand sink, the hand sink at the Q cart and the hand sink at the beer/hot dog cart at Chef Express. Keep hand sinks supplied with soap and paper towels at all times.
  • Handwashing (46.132)
    --An employee in the main commissary kitchen was observed coughing into her hands and then put on gloves without first washing her hands. An employee in the main commissary kitchen was observed washing her hands, moving a garbage can, contaminating her hands, and then resuming food prep. An employee in the Pizza Concession Stand was observed wiping his nose with his hand and then resuming food prep without first washing his hands. An employee at the Prime Grill was observed handling raw ground beef and did not change gloves or wash his hands prior to switching tasks in the concession stand. Wash hands and change gloves in between tasks that would contaminate hands. Wash hands prior to putting on gloves.
  • Hair Restraints (46.152)
    --Employees handling and prepping food in the kitchens, pantries, concessions and carts were not wearing hair restraints. Wear hair restraints when prepping and handling food.
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    --The following hand sinks were blocked and not accessible for employees: A hand sink in the main commissary kitchen, the lower suite pantry hand sink, the hand sink at the Blue Taco and Macaroni cart, 2 hand sinks in the Club Kitchen, the hand sink in the Pizza Concession Stand and the hand sink in Coors Light bar. The following hand sinks did not have running water and were not operable: the hand sink at the Blue Taco and Macaroni cart, the first Donny Brooks cart hand sink, the front hand sink at Burger Prime and the hand sink at the Club Carts. Turn on cart hand sinks prior to food prep so employees can wash their hands. Keeps all sinks accessible and operable at all times.
  • Controlling Pests, Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and Pests (46.981(k)(l))
    --A dead mouse was located on a glues trap under the 3-bay sink in the Pizza Concession Stand. Remove the dead mouse from the facility. Take appropriate action to eliminate the mice activity, such as: sealing any gaps or holes within the facility, checking incoming deliveries for mice activity, regular cleaning of food debris and working with the contracted pest control operator. Continue weekly professional extermination.

I like this restuarant and future is upon its greatness and it full fills taste. I hope to come back sooner or later! I was there like a month ago and I really enjoyed the tastes of awsomeness in experince of life without no bad causes .
