--The following areas need to be cleaned. 1. Clean doors and gasket on the pizza unit. 2. Clean doors and gaskets on the sandwich unit. 3. Clean the outside of the doors on both Maximum units. 4. Clean the area around the dough mixer, especially the sides of the mixer. 5. Clean the internal parts of the slicer, especially behind the guard. 6. Hood filters are showing a build up of grease. 7. The inside lower compartment of the fryer is showing a build up of grease and dust.
