--Found pressure gauge on dish machine not accurate, 5 days to correct. (reading 45 during sanitizer rinse, not + or - 5 during sanitizer rinse.)

--Observed can rack and pop rack equipment, in back kitchen area, with an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, debris on non-food contact surfaces. 5 days to correct.

--Found one hose attached to dish machine with a small hole in it, leaking water on floor. 5 days to correct.

--Found one walk-in cooler bottom door frame has a deep gap over a 1/2 inch, is not easily cleanable. Walk-in cooler to walk-in freezer floor, found several titles missing/broken, not easily cleanable surface. Correct 11/21/2013.
