--Noted the temperature of the raw meat in the walk in cooler was 45*F and not 41*F or less than required. Product was in cooler for an undetermined time. Cooler was turned down and product was at 36*F within 30 minutes.

--Noted a old product build up on the deli slicer in the deli area. Slicer was cleaned and sanitized during this inspection.
