    --Rice and vegetables being hot held on a steam table had internal temperatures ranging from 100F to 121F. Employee states the food was heated on the stove prior to being place in the steam table. Reheat the rice and vegetables immediately to 165F. Monitor food temperatures during cooking and hot holding to ensure that the proper temperatures are met and held. Corrected
