    --Food facility water system is not producing any hot water to the meat room (pipes were stated to be frozen) sinks (3-bowl sink and handsink) at the time of this inspection. CALL WHEN MATTER IS RESOVED--SEE REMARKS AT BOTTOM OF REPORT.
  • Plumbing Facilities in Good Repair, Cross Connection Prohibited, Scheduled Inspections, Cleaning Water Reservoirs (46.825(b)-(e))
    --Plumbing system not maintained in good repair - observed water leaking at the Meat room left faucet arm base of the 3-bowl sink. Also, a leak is present from the hot handle of the Produce 2-bowl sink.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --Noted a subsidence crack that developed in the meat room floor where the tiles have lifted up/in poor repair whereby the floor is no longer smooth and cleanable. Also, repair/seal the shift between the concrete pads in the Produce area.
  • Lighting Intensity (46.943)
    --Noted four of the six bulbs were inactive in the meat walk-in cooler.
  • Using Dressing Rooms & Lockers (46.981(j))
    --Food employee personal belongings were observed in areas throughout the facility although lockers are provided.
