    --Manual warewashing. Warewashing sink in the fresh meat cutting room does not have basins large enough to accommodate the largest piece of equipment. Meat cutting room preparation tabletops consist of 3 large removable cutting boards that will not fit in any of the basins. Advised staff that cutting boards will need to be washed, rinsed and sanitized in larger 3 basin sinks in the produce prep area.

    --Employee unisex toilet room is not provided with a covered waste receptacle for sanitary napkins.
