    --Plumbing system not maintained in good repair -sign on handwash sink in deli/bakey states do not use due to a leak. Water was observed leaking from coil. Firm shall repair sink asap.
  • Removal of Refuse, Recyclables and Returnables (46.885)
    --Observed a potential harborage area for pests in the back storage room near shipping/receiving dock due to large amount of reclaimed, damaged, and discontinued food items that need disposed of.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --Four flourescent light fixtures in the walkin dairy cooler are lacking protective shields. Also, the light in the walkin deli/bakery cooler is not protected.
