--Interior temperature measuring device for ensuring proper temperature of equipment is not available or readily accessible in the walk in cooler and walk in freezer equipment. Install interior temperature thermometer to comply.

--Rear screen / storm door located in the food facility has a gap between the floor and door and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. Install door sweep to comply.
Certified Food Manager (CFM)
--The food facility does not maintain Certified Food Manager records as required. Submit a Serve Safe / equivalent certification via e-mail/fax and a CCHD CFM application license will be mailed to the facility. Upon receipt of application, complete and return to Department along with a $55 fee payable to the Treasurer of Chester County. The CCHD CFM license will coincide/expire with the dates on the serve safe certificate. Mihi Patel will most likely be the CCHD certified food manager.
