    --Observed a pink and black mold-like substance on the interior white diverter of the ice machine.
  • Chemical Sanitization for Mechanical or Manual Warewashing Equipment (46.674(d))
    --The quaternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the three-bay ware wash sink was well above 400 ppm, rather than 200 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions. Corrected.
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    --Observed that the hand sink' s hot water handle, in the front food prep area, was not working, service repair man was on site during inspection and will be replacing this handle.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --Lights are not shielded or shatter proof over inside of the customer's self-service reach in coolers. Per manager, PP&L is schedule to come and replace all lights and provide shields.

    --The back exit door of the food facility has a gap and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.

    --Mops are not being hung to air dry. Corrected.

    --Observed a build-up of grease and dust on the hood panels above deep fryers.
