    --Observed trash is over flowing the outside dumpster and there are several trash bags on the ground and the dumpster lids are open.
  • Toilet Rooms Enclosed & Self-Closing Doors (46.922(d))
    --Men's toilet room has a self-closing door that is not working properly and is keeping the door from closing automatically.
  • Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
    --No sign or poster posted at the hand wash sink in both the Men's and Lady's restrooms and at one of the kitchen hand wash sinks to remind food employees to wash their hands. Signs are ordered and will be posted. Reviewed with the PIC. Corrected.
