There were some potentially hazardous foods hard boiled eggs - internal product temperature 43 degrees F - which were moved to walk in cooler. Unit needs checked.

--Thermometers for ensuring proper temperatures of food are not available or readily accessible in all refrigerators. Seafood case, beef and pork meat case, and two deli cases need air gauge thermometers.
