--Plastic wrapped packages of raw beef were stored above plastic bags of ready to eat lettuce in customer self service display cooler.

--The right side section of the deli sandwich prep case had an air gauge temperature of 49 degrees F. Most items in cooler did not require refrigeration (individual servings of salad dressing). There were some potentially hazardous foods hard boiled eggs - internal product temperature 43 degrees F - which were moved to walk in cooler. Unit needs checked.
Food Temperature Measuring Devices Provided (46.632)
--Thermometers for ensuring proper temperatures of food are not available or readily accessible in all refrigerators. Seafood case, beef and pork meat case, and two deli cases need air gauge thermometers.
