--Can opener observed in the lower food preparation area was covered with dirt and grime. Clean and sanitize immediately.

--Various food contact surfaces in the lower level kitchen were observed to have food residue and were not clean to sight and touch.

--Observed various equipment, in the food preparation area, with an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, debris on non-food contact surfaces.

--Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil.

--The lower level food preparation area does not have a handwash sink in the work area. A compartment of the 3-compartment sink is being used for handwashing. Should any renovations be proposed for this area, a hand sink must be installed.

--The floor surface of the lower level food preparation area is dirty and in need of cleaning on a regular basis.

--Both exhaust hoods and associated ducts do not appear to be cleaned on a semi-annual basis. There are no cleaning date stickers visible on the hoods.
