- Chemical Sanitization for Mechanical or Manual Warewashing Equipment (46.674(d))
--Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the low temperature sanitizing dishwasher was 0 ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required. Sanitizer pump on the dishwasher was not working and was not putting sanitizer into the sanitizing cycle of the dishwasher. Three bowl will be used to sanitize dishware until dishwasher is repaired. Corrected on site.

--Noted the spray nozzle on the three bowl sink hung below the flood level of the sink. This is a back flow hazard.
- Outer Openings Protected, Exterior Walls & Roofs Protective Barrier (46.922(e)(f))
--Exterior door located in the rear food prep area of the food facility has a gap and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. Repair door within 2 weeks.
