    --Thermometer could not be found inside two of the refrigeration units in the kitchen.
  • Maintenance & Operation of Mechanical Warewashing Equipment (46.675(a)-(c))
    --The dish machine sanitizer container was empty. Unit was not in operation at the time. Container was replaced, unit was run, & the strength was verified as correct.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Wall in the hand sink and dish wash area, has numerous small holes and is in need of repair.
