    --Observed a ceiling tile was missing directly above the food prep area in the produce department. Corrected.

    --Observed this facility has two different type of test strips for Quaternary sanitizer use, QT-10 and QT-40. Need to determine which test strip match current sanitizer in use.

    --The quaternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the three-bay ware wash sink in the produce area was well above 400 ppm, rather than 200 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions. Corrected.

    --Observed the table mounted can opener blade, in the deli area, had a build up of old food debris. Corrected.

    --Observed various food product stored directly on the floor, through out the front store area, rather than six inches off of the floor as required.

    --Observed a build up of old food debris in the bakery's walk-in cooler and in the baine marie in the deli area.

    --Observed the back storage area, mop sink facet is leaking and needs repaired.

    --Observed a mop in the deli back food prep area that was not being hung to air dry. Corrected.
