    --Hotel pan full of condensate water (ice today as unit is running at freezing temp), from evaporation unit's drip pan, on top shelf of cooler above stored foods. Discussed need to provide a drain line from drip pan nipple to catch pail on bottom panel or to outside drain. Correct immediately, PIC emptied the pan of ice during inspection.
  • Single service items (46.692)
    --Staff re-using plastic gallon milk jugs for campers and staff drinking water containers. As discussed, the milk jugs are not designed to be cleaned and re-used, discussed options for drinking water containers.
  • Toilet Rooms Enclosed & Self-Closing Doors (46.922(d))
    --Self closing door hardware inoperative on both restroom doors in dining area right off kitchen (ladies room door hinges all loose, door not easily closing). Repair/replace door hardware as needed.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --Four end caps missing from florescent light bulb tube shields above kitchen prep areas. Correct as needed.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Need to keep basement food area clean and dry, moisture form recent rains collecting on floor, use air fans or dehumidifiers to dry out basement. Address immediately.
  • Controlling Pests, Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and Pests (46.981(k)(l))
    --Scattered mouse droppings on dish storage cupboard shelves. Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing needs, as well as monitoring traps as done in stockroom. Correct immediately.
