A complaint investigation was conducted on 7/14/2015. It was determined that Saint Benedict's Abbey is wholesaling to El Zarape Flan made at the abbey. Any wholesale operations must be conducted though the Illinois Department of Public Health's Wholesale licence. Information will be sent to the Abbey on wholesale license.
