HACCP- Discussed food storage in store rooms and dented cans. Also pest control in kitchen.

Observed two dented cans of spaghetti sauce in the store room. Unacceptably damaged containers of food shall not be used in the food establishment. Cans were thrown away voluntarily.
- Food protection during storage, prepartion, display, service, transportation
Many boxes of food items are being stored on the floor in both store rooms. Food shall be protected from the potential for contamination at all times, including while being stored, prepared, displayed, served, or transported. Store all foods at least 6" up off the floor.
- Single service articles not re-used
Observed clean, used aluminum foil pans stacked under the shelf. Re-use of single-service articles is prohibited. Remove pans and only use once.
- No Certified Manager Present
It is unknown if there is a certified food handler. It is required to have a certified food handler for this facility. Please provide within 90 days.
