The size of the property is 100 feet x 250 feet. The total dwelling liveable area is 2375 sq. ft. I don't know who did the measuring for this home but it's wrong. They probably looked out of an airplane and counted only the 2nd story of the house, forgetting that the home is a split level. I do have a fireplace and the condition of my home is more than average. I am not connected to a sewer. The home has a well and an underground cesspool. The home has undergone a ground up restoration and is immaculate. The view is not 'typical.' It is very nice, very comforting if you like trees and not at all stressful. My driveway easily accommodates 10-12 cars and I have a garage built into the house and a separate 3-car attached garage and workshop.
