Meggett, SC: This is Meggett's Town Center which includes the Town Hall and the SCPA Bldg connected by a covered walkway(Pavilion). The building on the right is the Town Hall. The SCPA Bldg on the left is leased out downstairs to businesses and the upstairs is used by the town and residents for receptions etc. The town renovated the SCPA (South Carolina Produce Association) Bldg in 2004. If was used in the early 1900 by local farmers to buy and sell their product which was then put on the train across the street to ship all over the US.
