- Gina Schaal, Broker/Owner ABR®, BPOR®, ePRO®, GRI®, SFR, SRES® Gina Schaal earned her real estate salesperson license in January of 2002 after working previously in Information Technology, Security and Retail Sales. Gina’s desire to gain more real estate knowledge motivated her to pursue the IL Real Estate Broker’s license which was earned in July of 2003. She has since made it her goal to continue learning all about real estate through hundreds of hours in specialized study and training, which has culminated in earning 6 Realtor® designations and multiple certifications, so far. The most recent milestone was in December 2015- when she added the IL Real Estate Pre-License Instructor. During this same time Gina assisted her husband in establishing the family owned Circa Painting and Renovation while renovating their CIRCA 1910 Tudor Revival in Joliet’s Historic Upper Bluff District. This experience evolved into consulting and designing for the family business clients and real estate clients too. This specialized experience gives her clients the advantage in knowing they have access to the many resources they need to care of their homes before and after a sale. Plus, she is that friend who can help with the decisions that go into a minor or major projects and its impact on value too. Gina says, “I’m in the people moving business. I move people towards the next home, business location, or investment. Either way we’re moving forward towards something different, a new adventure and another door to open.
