Closing Services: Barristers Land Abstract Company is a title insurance agency that searches the public records and issues policies that protect the homeowner against defects in title, both recorded and unrecorded. All policies are fully insured and underwritten by Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, a national company licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Barristers also assists buyers and sellers with real estate closings. To expedite the process, Barristers obtains all necessary closing exhibits--tax certifications, lien letters, etc. and completes all necessary paperwork. It is Barristers goal to make the transaction a convenient and pleasurable experience by closing at the time and place convenient to all parties.
