Description:
Colorado Culinary Academy offers a professional culinary certification. Acclerated, comprehensive and affordable, the training runs from 8am to 3pm Monday through Friday for twelve weeks. We accept a maximum of 16 students in each of three sessions, with starts in September, January and April. There are always two chef instructors, so the student-to-teacher ratio is never more than 8:1. The school is located across from Fiddler's Green Amphitheater, with free parking in the building garage. The school is located a few hundred feet from the Arapahoe at Village Center Station stop.
