- Arizona Legal Document Services, LLC is certified by the Arizona Supreme Court to assist people with legal document preparation. We also provide notary services, certified legal transcription and Spanish/English translation. Discounts are provided for most of our services for military and veterans. We have been in business since 2008 and have two office locations in Mesa and Phoenix, Arizona. Our goal is to help people who cannot afford an attorney. We assist many people with family law cases. Both our offices are located in Maricopa County which has the third largest family law caseload in the United States and 75% or more are not represented by attorneys. We also assist with probate cases, name changes, estate planning, LLC formation along with many other services. Most of our services are available statewide. We also have years of experience working with the Pinal County Superior Court in addition to Maricopa County. We are actively working with Spanish speaking clients. We have discovered that many of these clients are being taken advantage of and we truly want to provide them a service that is personal and professional at an affordable rate. We are in the process of educating the public that you do not have to have a social security number to participate in a family law case. The owners and staff at Arizona Legal Document Services, L.L.C. truly care about the people they assist. If we cannot assist someone, we make every effort to refer them to someone that can. Kellie DiCarlo, co-owner of Arizona Legal Document Services, L.L.C. is the designated principal with over 20 years legal experience. She is also a Navy veteran.
