Choose from 3 comfortable bedrooms or a foldout couch on the three season porch. The nicely furnished dining room and living room, and modernized kitchen, make it perfect for either large or small groups...quiet family vacations, small meetings, girl-friend/scrap-booking/quilting getaways, bridal and baby showers, graduation receptions, birthday parties, or family reunions. A second stairway goes from the backyard to the basement, where there is an extra kitchen sink, lots of counter space, a large freezer, and laundry facilities. This makes it ideal for hunters. There is a huge lot for outdoor activities, and several flowerbeds to check out. Relax on the riverbank and watch the birds, animals, and turtles or light up the fire pit for a relaxing, memorable evening. The house has cable TV, internet access, and central air. Not wheelchair accessible. We are 1 block from the city campground if some in your party prefer to stay in their own camper. Rent one room or the whole house for a few hours to a week or more.
