- Learn to make European delicacies like the professionals! I am a professional mom who has spent 17 years in Europe with the military. On my travels I learned several recipes I'd love to share with you in one of my cooking classes. I teach Czech, German, Greek, and Italian cooking as well as easy to prepare, high yielding military style meals sure to fill the bellies of the hungriest crowd. I offer afternoon, evening, and weekend classes. If you see a class you want to take scheduled for a time you can't attend just send me an email and I will try to schedule another class that is more convenient. Want to do a special group lesson for your club? No problem, I will work with you to set up a memorable event for you! As an added bonus each new student will receive a Shelly's European Specialties binder to keep the recipes presented in. These recipe pages are handed out at the end of every lesson.
