In addition designONE Inc. has the ability and motivation to integrate the engineering disciplines into a fully coordinated project resulting in an efficiently functioning, architecturally compatible design. Special attention is placed on some of today’s most talked topics; energy conservation & reusable energy. By implementing the many options in today market place in our design for electrical, HVAC systems and plumbing there are endless possibility to accomplish a smart and functional design. The use of Computer Aided Design, computerized energy studies, life cycle & cost analyses are extensively used to determine optimum system design as well as their performance thus allowing selection for of the precise equipment or systems. The personnel at designONE have diverse backgrounds in residential for both production and high-end million dollar custom home, commercial and industrial design, hospitality, restaurants, educational as well as transportation, governmental, medical & pharmaceutical facilities, Clean Room design and the understanding of the various levels of certification and the regulating agencies.
