- World of Fitness & Dance is a unique fitness establishment that offers a variety of new and unusual fitness regimens for all sizes, shapes and abilities. It began as a home based business in 2004 and has grown tremendously over the past few years. We offer Pole Dance Fitness classes, sessions, Pole Parties and events as well as the latest craze of ZUMBA, Polga, Hooping and to soon offer Aerial Silks and Trapeze. The Studio A will feature 10 poles and Studio B hosts a shock absorbing dance floor which makes our regimens easier on the knees and joints. Students not only get a great physical workout designed around extreme fun, but they also find there inner self esteeem and the incredible bonding among students is an awesome experience.
