If you feel depressed or tired alot you may need vitamin D. You get more Vitamin D from tanning than with Vitamins themselves. UVA rays are the less harmful of all rays and better than the sun. Why? Because the amount you get in a bed is regulated and the number of minutes you tan. The natural sun you can't control due to cloud cover, time of day and oh by the way all UVB. The most harmful.
