Jeff comes in every morning and cuts and grinds the meat fresh for the case.Jeff has a 20 foot case full of FRESH MEATS to choose from and also a deli case with lunch meats and cheeses from WALNUT CREEK. WE also have a smoke case that Jeff makes his own beef jerky, beef sticks,smoked hams,smoked ham slices and smoked pork chops.
