Surveying services include residential, commercial, industrial, FEMA & floodplain studies, boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, GPS, Wetlands, and as-built surveys. Civil Engineering services include roadways, utilities, subdivisions, site developments, traffic engineering, storm water management, right-of-ways, and regulated drains. Construction Engineering services include horizontal and vertical control, roadway and parking lot staking, utility staking, building staking, bridges, and dams. We are currently the lead surveyor for the Ball State University Geothermal Conversion project (largest in the US) and the lead civil engineer for the Wabash County Replacement Hospital in Wabash, Indiana.
