- The mission of Holistic Homecare Physicians is to provide medical services to homebound patients by a trained and licensed doctor in the comfort of their home or assisted living location. We are the only physician program currently provided such care in the area. Our entire team is dedicate to providing our patients with the one on one care that you don't find in medical office. We service Lake County, Newton County, Jasper County, and Porter County residents. We accept medicaid, medicare, private insurance, cash or credit card.
