• We provide After-school tutoring to students in grades kindergarten - 12th. Increasing academic achievement is the ultimate goal for each student receiving services from New Dimension Community Center. Students will be provided with resource materials to assist with building skills needed to adequately complete homework assignments, and improve math computation, and reading comprehension. Opportunities will also be provided for students to utilize strategies to improve test-taking skills, and study skills strategies in preparation for end-of-course and standardized test administration. Our curriculum is standards-based and aligned with standards for grades K-12. We offer assistance in the following areas: Direct Instruction End-of-Course Examination Homework Help HSAP Remediation Mathematics Instruction PACT Remediation Reading Instruction Study Skills Test-Taking Skills Time-Management Skills Writing Instruction High School Credit Recovery We offer a SUMMER BRIDGE PROGRAM in reading, writing, math and grammar. We offer GED preparation, job and interview training for adults.
