JO's Place is an overnight rental at 3115 Mt. Helen Rd. Allardt, TN. The rates are low but quality is high. The home has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, sofa bed in the living room, all appliances,cookware, dishes, full stove, full refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and all linens needed for an overnight stay. There is a full laundry, full bath with large tub/shower. Central heating and cooling, phone, two satellite TVs. We try to have all the comforts of home; all you need to bring is your clothes and food. The house is in a rural area with a monnow pond; 6 acres to explore and enjoy the out of doors. It is close to the Zenith entrance to the Big South Fork Park. There are several horse riding stables nearby. Nice place for visiting ministers or people on business. We opened on 5-09. We don't charge extra for cleaning unless it is requested. The house is dedicated to the memory of Clara Jo Koger Ward. It was her homeplace when she was a child.
