There needs to be a seperate handwashing sink with hot(100F) and cold running water provided through a mixing faucet connected to a sanitary sewer system. with soap and towels in dispensers. 229.166 (g) (1) (A) HWS not provided. Need to use the proper sequence of wash rinse sanitize air dry when doing warewashing. Need one person per shift that is food manager certified on site. 229.165 (h) (2)thermometer available. Need thermometer in refrigerators with potenttially hazardous foods/drinks, small one under counter and large one with muscle milk. Need food establishment license with expiration date posted, need the copy of thelast regular health inspection posted where the clients can easily see it. 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean.
