Observed prepared refried beans being stored in walk in cooler, which were prepared Sunday (3 days prior) to not have proper date marking labels. Ensure to properly label any foods being stored more than 24 hours, with expiration date of a total of 7 days.

Observed personal sandwich, beverages on prep table where clean dishes were being dried and placed. Please ensure that all personal items are stored in an area away from food and food contact surfaces to prevent cross contamination.
Refrigeration unit next to rack with dishes was reading at 55 degrees F. Ensure to monitor refrigeration units to ensure food being stored in unit is able to maintain cold hold temperatures of 41 degrees F and below.
Did not observe thermometer in refrigeration unit that was at improper cold hold temperatures. Please ensure a thermometer is available in all refrigeration units storing potentially hazardous foods.

Observed leak at drain pipe from hand washing sink, next to three compartment sink. Ensure leakage is corrected to allow for proper sewage disposal.
Observed utensils being stored in white plastic draw like containers, which were dirty. Ensure that all surfaces where clean dishware and utensils are stored, are properly cleaned and sanitized and free of debris.
Ensure all utensils and dishware used for serving and/or preparation of food for service, are in good repair
