- Ensure that single use containers are not reused and food grade storage containers are used instead of black grocery bags for meat storage.
- Observed plastic containers with duct tape on outside. Discontinue using broken/cracked food containers. Ensure that crack on inside ice machine is repaired.

- Observed raw beef being stored above diced peppers and onions in the walk in cooler. All raw animal products must be stored below and away from all ready to eat foods.
- Produce cooler is not working properly so produce is being stored in the meat cooler. A barrier needs to be put in between the raw chicken and produce to prevent any contamination until the produce cooler is repaired/replaced.
- Observed several containers with duct tape along the edges and corners. All food contact surfaces must be smooth, easy cleanable and non-absorbant. Containers no longer in good repair need to be replaced.
- Caulking in 3 compartment sink has mold. Owner is aware and is currently working on getting the sink welded. Caulking needs to be cleaned and sanitized or replaced until the sink is repaired.
