- Please ensure toxic chemicals are properly labeled and stored. Found bleach stored above uncovered tostada shells. Toxic items should be stored low and away from food items. This violation was corrected on site.
- Ensure food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils are clean to sight and touch. Racks used to store clean pans and utensils (tongs) should be cleaned and sanitized and all dust/grease accumulation should be removed.
- Inside of reach in coolers should be thoroughly cleaned. Shelves, walls, and bottom of coolers should be cleaned and all food accumulation should be removed.
- Ensure utenils are properly washed. Found several dirty utnsils in bin with clean utensils.
