OBSERVED NO ONE IN CHARGE AT TIME OF THIS INSPECTION.
OBSERVED SEVERAL 5 GALLON CONTAINERS AT STORAGE ROOM AT BACK WITH NO LABEL ON THE DRY GOOD PRODUCTS.
OBSERVED SEVERAL EMPLOYEES TOUCHING DIFFERENT FOOD PRODUCTS WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS.
OBSERVED THE HAND SINK AT BACK IS BLOCKED BY CART.
OBSERVED THE TOFU AT FRONT COUNTER IS ONLY BEING HELD AT 120F.
OBSERVED UTENSILS STORED OUTSIDE WITH NO OVER HEAR PROTECTION. (LARGE POTS AND TUB).
