FOUND FLY CONTAMINATION IN A BOTTLE OF ALCOHOL.
LIGHTING IN THE KITCHEN WAS OBSERVED WITHOUT COVERS.
HEAVY GREASE ACCUMULATION WAS OBSERVED ON THE EXHAUST HOOD. LIGHTING IN THE KITCHEN WAS OBSERVED WITHOUT COVERS.

MICROWAVE REFRIGERATORS, ICE MACHINE SHELVES WERE FOUND WITH FOOD ACCUMULATION OR MOLD ACCUMULATION.
NUMEROUS RAW FOODS WERE FOUND STORED ABOVE THE READY TO EAT FOODS.
PROVIDE A FUNCTIONING SOAP DISPENSER AT HAND WASH SINK IN KITCHEN AND PROVIDE A WALL MOUNTED PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER AT BAR.
