Inspection conducted as required by NJAC 8:24 State Sanitary Code. All non critical violations must be corrected within 2 weeks. All critical violations must be corrected immediately.
#27 3.3c 5 gallon container of pickles on bottom shelf uncovered and open to contamination. COS
3.3q Several boxes stored on floor - must be stored 6" off floor
#47 5.4h Women's employee toilet observed wtih water on floor around the base, extending out to common floor near sinks when inspection conducted. Staff stated that paper products had probably stopped up the toilet, that this had been cleared and proper flushing was demonstrated. Spill cleaned up while inspector present. COS

#50 6.3a Walk in cooler has areas where lighting intensity is not sufficient to view items on shelf.
