#47 5.4h Women's employee toilet observed wtih water on floor around the base, extending out to common floor near sinks when inspection conducted. Staff stated that paper products had probably stopped up the toilet, that this had been cleared and proper flushing was demonstrated. Spill cleaned up while inspector present. COS
#50 6.3a Walk in cooler has areas where lighting intensity is not sufficient to view items on shelf.
