Ensure employees sick with vomiting; diarrhea; jaundice; stay out of work at least 48 hrs after symptoms have stopped.-Handsink clean and stocked.-Restrooms clean and stocked.-Consumer advisory posted.-Ice machine clean and good scoop storage.-Drink nozzles and wells clean.-Dishwasher high temperature to 183F.-Sanitizer bucket at 100 ppm Chlorine.-No signs of pests or vermin.
