Need to install drain tube to prevent contamination of the ice. Need to burn ice to prevent contamination.Observed mold growing in the speed gun holster. Need to clean and sanitize to prevent contamination – corrected on site.
[2] Accurate thermometers; chemical test kits provided; gauge cock (1/4" IPS Valve) Quat sanitizer is used in the facility for sanitizing but test strips are not available. Need to have Quat test strips available to ensure proper sanitization.
