    Speed gun holster is missing the drain line so the liquid is draining onto the service ice. Need to install drain tube to prevent contamination of the ice. Need to burn ice to prevent contamination.Observed mold growing in the speed gun holster. Need to clean and sanitize to prevent contamination – corrected on site.

    Quat sanitizer is used in the facility for sanitizing but test strips are not available. Need to have Quat test strips available to ensure proper sanitization.

    Observed exposed wood in the following areas that need to be sealed or painted so they are smooth; sealed and easily cleanable: the depressed wood shelf on the east side of the bar; the wood shelf with the condiments on the east side of the bar; the shelved in walk-in fridge and the legs on the mop sink.
