Reach-in fridge had two thermometers; neither of which were not correct; one read 10F and one read 41F. When I left my thermocouple in the fridge for 45 seconds it read 66F. Owner said the power and been off 30 minutes ago in the store and the unit was not working. Tested milk; it was at 43F. Owner moved all perishable food from fridge to walk-in fridge during inspection. Unit must be repaired or replaced to maintain <=41F.

Contacted owner of grocery store via telephone and directed owner to keep bathroom available and assessable to employees at all times during business operations to promote handwashing. Bathroom is locked when owner is gone according to person in charge. Discontinue this practice and provide access to bathroom during business hours.
