General Comments that relate to this Inspection Opening Inspection:Facility is approved for operations as a (risk category 3 Deli); Washoe County Health Permit will be issued with the following conditions:Debbie Sullivan is in process of completing an approved food safety course. Facility must have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager registered with Washoe County Health District within (60) days.Some areas of food preapartion floors are in process of being patched with a smooth and easily cleanable material.Two-door reach-in refrigeration near rear entrance needs new gaskets; gaskets are torn/damaged and no longer cleanable.Facility inspected on 1/15/2013; under old Health Permit; cleaning corrections/violations from last inspection corrected.
